We prioritise young people aged 14-25, who are facing socio-economic deprivation, supporting them to develop sustainable careers within the global commercial music industry. Our main targets are defined as 'BAME' and from low income households.
To equip the young people with the high quality tools to gain access to the creative industries.
To provide bespoke pre-vocational training and education for 14 – 17+ year olds.
Offer Post-18 training and education in partnership with further and higher education institutions.
Provide industry-level creative development, employment support & business incubation opportunities.
Provide access to workspace, production studios, investment, mentoring and showcasing opportunities.
