Children and young people affected by poverty and food insecurity, supported through assistance provided to their households and families.
- People with Disabilities
People with disabilities or long-term health conditions who face additional financial pressures, barriers to employment, or increased living costs.
- People in poverty
People unable to afford the essentials for a decent standard of living, including food, utilities, housing and other basic needs.
- Marginalised or vulnerable groups
People at greater risk of hardship, exclusion or crisis, including those experiencing poor mental health, isolation, domestic abuse or sudden life changes.
