Our History

  • For 15 years SportInspired has been working directly with children and young people from the UK’s 20% most deprived communities, where they are three times as likely to suffer mental health issues and twice as likely to be obese. Our sports and leadership programmes empower these children, helping them to grow confidence and enjoy being active.

    We have reached over 87,000 children from deprived backgrounds. Delivered over 400 programmes in local communities. Trained over 7,700 Young leaders. Set up over 700 new after-school sports clubs.
