The club provides a safe space for children from across Newport to attend every week on a Saturday. The activities delivered support and help the children with improving their attainment levels and confidence. We do various workshops to help with employment and health and well -being.
We provide 4 weekly women's group to 4 different groups living in Newport. These women have language and IT barrier issues and while they are with us we provide them support and opportunities to access services. We deliver various projects to help improve their health and wellbeing along with supporting them to become more proactive.
We invest in the local youth by allowing them to volunteer in the organisation and once approved by the club manager they are able to mentor younger members of the Saturday club.
we deliver 3 weekly men's football sessions to 3 different groups to help improve their health and well - being.
We deliver 3 weekly swimming sessions for 90 female participants. They are from all different backgrounds and age from 11 - 70 years old. Usually they are unable to go swimming as facilities are not inclusive for them. We have partnered with the local leisure facilities to deliver these bespoke sessions for our female participants who usually miss out.
We provide 1-1 support to individuals or families who are facing difficulties due to language and IT barrier. We deal with people facing domestic violence , health, employment, educational and many other issues. This project provides support to help individuals to access services and help them through difficult times.
