Our History

  • @ The Rock opened in 2010. We provide a range of educational and recreational activities. Our 'street sports' evening - Scoot and Skate - has always been popular. A more general Community Sports evening eventually led to Archery club - opened 2017.

Beneficiaries

  • Children / Young People

    Educational support for young people at risk of exclusion / excluded from mainstream education. Approximately 400 young people annually.

  • Marginalised or vulnerable groups

    Recreational services for young people living locally in a registered area of deprivation. All equipment and training provided as required. Low cost to attendees - £1 per session. All sessions open to everyone within specified age range.

  • Our vision is of a world, transformed through practical Christian love, where young people are listened to, valued, challenged and empowered. Our mission is to provide a safe space for young people to develop their spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. We work with all young people, regardless of faith or background.
