The Shed is aimed primarily at Men over 18 however the shed is open to anyone over the age of 18
Reduce Social Isolation for primarily Men & Women living in the Barton upon Humber Region
Improve the health and general wellbeing of those who attend the shed and take part in activities
Improve social network by providing activities and facilities where people can take part
Increase skills and pass on skills to others in their community
Integration of the shed with other charitable organisations; Town Council businesses and individuals
HWRA has been involved with the Barton shed since 2020. I know the shed trustees well, all of whom have a range of skills and knowledge which they are actively using to set up a shed in Barton. It's also a member of the Humber Men in Sheds Alliance
