Our goals to make a difference

  • We actively advocate for improving care workers working conditions, payment of fair wages, recognition of vital work and provision of comprehensive training.

  • We want to continue to offer immediate financial aid to as many care workers as need our support when they are facing crisis.

  • We want to be able to continue to provide free counselling sessions and Mental Health First Aider Training to care workers.

  • Through our Care Worker Advisory Board we want to gather insights putting care workers' voices at the heart of policy & research discussions.
