DESCRIPTION

The Newport Place Programme, established in 2022, unites leaders from business, public sector, education, and charities to drive long-term change in Newport. Focused on tackling inequality and unlocking opportunities, the Board has secured over £500,000 to support community priorities. Achievements include a food hub delivering 1,200 meals monthly and support for Pillgwenlly. Business involvement is growing, benefiting over 7,000 people citywide.
