We identify children and young people who are deemed as vulnerable and unlikely to achieve education standards. Typically, this involves 30 pupils per Health Mentor. Raising the performance of this cohort lifts the rest of the school population.

XLR8 has added a new dimension to our curriculum and offer to parents. We now have access to pupils for extra learning time during the year and the flexibility to focus on broader outcomes which help to underpin the educational success of our school.
