Beneficiaries

  • The General Public / mankind

Mental health, addiction and trauma can impact anyone and anyone can be impacted by an addictive behaviour.

  • Children / Young People

If we change the way we view alcohol and other addictive behaviours (phone use, gambling, shopping ect) this can create a brighter and more stable society for young people and stop generational trauma or addictive patterns.

  • Adults

So many people are highly stressed and finding coping mechanisms which can seem harmless at the offset but quickly become more maladaptive. If we breakdown stigma and allow options to people for behaviour change then we can stop problems worsening.

Our Vision for a better future

  • We hope that the stigma of addictive behaviours lessens so people can empower themselves to change early on. We hope that the link between mental health and alcohol is recognised on wider scale and companies put the well-being of their employees at the centre of their CSR. We hope that with funding we can make our services accessible to all.

Our goals to make a difference

  • To help women find the tools they need to manage stress without using alcohol as a coping mechanism.

  • To change the perception of living sober, that is a positive life choice for better mental health.

  • Create an addiction, mental health and trauma informed society and workplace to support all people.

  • Support business and health-care services to develop best practice.

  • Create safe spaces for women to build their support community which are affordable for all.
