Areas of Operation

  • England: Essex

Beneficiaries

  • Children / Young People

Children and young people experiencing digital exclusion, especially in low-income or vulnerable settings. We support programmes with Every Child Online and partners such as the Scouts and NHS, providing refurbished devices and digital skills access

  • Adults

Adults with mental health challenges seeking a pathway back to work. We offer volunteering, training, and hands-on experience through IT refurbishment, working with employability partners to rebuild confidence and support employment

  • Other Charities or Voluntary Bodies

Charities and community groups supporting digitally excluded people. We partner with organisations to provide refurbished technology, digital literacy training at our centres, and online safety support for their communities.

  • The General Public / Mankind

The general public through tech amnesties outreach centres, fairs, and giveaway events. We prevent devices going to landfill, provide refurbished technology to those in need, and raise awareness of online safety.

  • Student or learners

Students and learners, including those in schools and T Level programmes. We provide hands-on experience through IT refurbishment, developing digital skills, technical knowledge, and pathways into further education, training, and employment.

Our Vision for a better future

  • A future where no one is digitally excluded and no usable technology goes to waste. We aim to create a circular economy for IT, where businesses play a direct role in empowering communities, improving digital skills, and reducing environmental impact through meaningful ESG partnerships.
