Our History

  • Established in 2016 by colleagues working in the mental health field, The Hummingbird Project is an award winning Social Enterprise of passionate mental health practitioners, that harness lived and learned experiences to give clients the tools and support to improve their emotional health and resilience. We raise the bar in change-making solutions.

    We have a proven track record of collaborating with clients who are suffering with significant mental health issues & assisting their recovery using our unique 3U-Model©. We improve connectedness & reduce isolation for vulnerable adults.

    Work helps people to stay well and adults with mental health diagnoses can live purposeful, impactful lives in employment. We assist adults with mental health issues to find purpose, develop their wellbeing through action plans and sustain recovery.

  • The General Public / Mankind

    We can upskill anyone in resilience techniques that promote mental wellbeing. This works by engaging participants through the sharing of lived-experience by trained facilitators who share a new innovative model of emotional health.

  • Use LEx-led approach to reduce stigma & increase engagement in emotional resilience through training

  • Highlight & generate new evidence supporting our innovative model of therapeutic intervention
