Our History

  • At our women' only boxing and fitness gym our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where women can thrive in their life journey. We are dedicated to empowering women to embrace their strength, both physically and mentally and to achieve their health and wellness goals through our diverse range of classes, group and 121 sessions

Beneficiaries

  • Adults

    Access to all female adults 24hrs a day, covered by CCTV for security and safety to accommodate shift workers, those who prefer to train alone or as part of a group. Registered safe space with UK says no more

Our Vision for a better future

  • We are creating a community of like minded women who strive to uplift and inspire each other and become the best version of themselves. We want every woman who walk through the door to feel safe, valued, included, motivated and capable of reaching their full potential.

Our goals to make a difference

  • Improving women's physical and mental health to support life changes including bone, muscle and cardiovascular health by increasing movement and improving mood.

  • To support all members of the local community and be more inclusive of those with disabilities or learning needs

  • Building a stronger community from a younger age, breaking down barriers, building relationships and support systems to tackle isolation

  • integrating communities by providing a space to become more diverse and inclusive and breakdown barriers between ethic groups in the local community

  • Tackling antisocial behaviour offering a safe place for young people to manage emotions in a positive way with role models to build confidence and self esteem
