Cynefin Pmaoja has 6 staff members, 5 volunteers & 5 unrelated Board members. There are 80% female staff and 20% male staff including volunteers. We are proud of the diversity of the partnership as 80% of our members are previous asylum seekers with refugee status.
Our organisation receives funding from a mix of public, private, and earned income sources to ensure financial sustainability and reduce reliance on any single stream. These sources include: 1. Grant Funding– Local authority arts and community grants 2. Earned Income - Workshop fees, ticket sales
