Initiatives aimed at promoting sports activities among kids and teenagers in our community. With the ultimate goal of grooming our young generation and steering them away from negative influences such as street activities and crime. We have a new initiative aimed at empowering women and teenage girls in our community through the promotion of cultural activities, particularly Indian dancing forms.
During the year Newport Kerela are proud to showcase the best of our heritage through the means of our food,music and dance. Malayalam is a language, culture and it's own civilization. It is the culmination of thousands of years of a community who work hard and as a result we are extremely proud to represent such a heritage here in the Newport Community and we would love to be able to continue representing Malayalis residing in and around Newport.
