Community covers the majority of the areas covered. We wish to involve as many groups as we can to facilitate the wonderful venue we have at Beechwood Park. We urgently need to modernise the facilities that are needed to encourage new members.
To provide safe and adequate access to our playing area.
To ensure all our members feel safe in the place of activity.
To encourage all age groups, ethnicity to partake in our sport.
To recruit elderly, and lonely people, to become involved in our activity.
To encourage social events, involving our members family and friends.
I have seen first hand Beechwood Bowls Club valued generosity and kindness within the community. They are very welcoming and friendly bowls club, trying to progress their club by offering free lessons to people of all ages.
Beechwood Bowls Club is so much more than a sports club. It’s a community, with bowlers of all ages sharing a game, sharing knowledge and skills, and socialising. I’ve watched the club from afar over the years as the local MP and know how vital it is
