Our organization is managed by a core team with expertise in community engagement, project management, and creative arts. We operate with clear roles and responsibilities, regular planning meetings, and transparent decision-making processes. Governance is overseen by a lead coordinator.
We are primarily funded through grants, community fundraising, and in-kind support from local partners. While we have previously received funding from the Newport Shared Prosperity Fund, we are working toward building sustainable income streams through partnerships, sponsorships, and ticket event.
