We support men and women in 10 prisons across the UK. We employ offenders in jobs that pay a decent wage by engage them in meaningful work, we support them to develop their skills, confidence and resilience. We support our men and women in whatever way they need to help them succeed with the main aim of stable housing and secure employment. The work we do reduces reoffending rates and creates millions of Social Value.
We house, support and train men experiencing homelessness. We support residents as they grow in confidence and gain new skills ready to move into a good job and stable home of their own.
We redistribute surplus stock from supermarkets and suppliers to charities and community groups. By providing quality food we help groups to reduce their running costs and feed vulnerable communities while also reducing food waste. We are proud to be part of the national FareShare network.
