RCC supports minority ethnic youth and has a representative in the Welsh Youth Parliament. The charity also, manages various projects such as Crossing Borders: Music and Heritage and National Minority Ethnic Youth Forum.
RCC supports the Windrush Elders through social and educational activities and by highlighting their stories and contributions to enriching life in Wales. These are captured in film, lodged with the National Museum of Wales and inform the curriculum.
RCC Minority Ethnic Youth Forum is a group of young people from across Wales aged 11 to 25 years old . It is a youth advisory panel for Race Council Cymru , who seek to contribute to, and steer the direction of, Minority Ethnic young people in Wales.
Hate Crime is an initiative to combat harassment, abuse, violence and hatred towards ethnic minority groups and individuals in Wales. We work with Asylum seekers and refugees providing them with support and advice and giving them a sense of belonging

Create projects, activities and events and link them with strategic bodies including the Welsh Government and others, as well as grassroots organisations.
To recognise the considerable contribution black and ethnic minority people have made to the development of Wales. Celebrating diveristy & culture.
Coordinate sector-wide integration, race equality and justice related responses to Government (including the United Nations and European bodies as appropriate.
Facilitate the establishment of 5 multi cultural and digital hubs across Wales to encourage integration and support BAME communities.
