The hub will provide a safe space for the Hub members to meet to promote community cohesion and shared cultural understanding as well as providing clear lines of communication and better understanding between grassroots communities and service providers, who will also run support services onsite. Perfect space for community cultural and social events, providing bespoke community offices and hot desking areas, Digital Hub for IT support and teaching space, consulting rooms & meeting rooms.
Antiracism training in the community run seasonally 4 times a year to help realise the antiracist Wales ambition 2030. A free drop in clinic for members of the public to attend. This will help inform all Newport residents about the importance of the ambition which is aligned to Newport's ambition to become a city of sanctuary. Each individual who completes the training will be provided with a certification and have access to our Newport multicultural hub which has resources and helpful advice.
