There are many schools that are already financially challenged, cannot afford yoga classes, and therefore unable to access the benefits. A ten-week teen yoga program makes a great difference, but this effect is multiplied if staff also receive training in simple yoga techniques for the classroom. £5000 provides 3 ten week yoga programmes and a 20 week teacher training program in basic yoga techniques for the classroom so all students benefit. In 2021 we aim to implement this in 10 UK schools.
