  • Newport Support Network CIC, established in 2020, delivers inclusive, community-led support across Newport. We operate food, baby, and hygiene banks, community kitchens, and training hubs—serving marginalised groups, including migrants, families in crisis, and those facing poverty or isolation.

Our goals to make a difference

  • Tackle food poverty across Newport by providing inclusive, culturally appropriate support for all dietary needs.

  • Offer volunteering experience to 16–24-year-olds to help them gain skills in hospitality and catering, supporting future qualifications and employment.

  • Give children the best start in life by providing essential baby items through our Baby Bank service.

  • Provide a hot meal and drink to those in need through our free, welcoming Soup Kitchen.

  • Promote wellbeing and sustainability by creating wildlife-friendly spaces and encouraging local environmental awareness.
