Our History

  • Bengal Dragons Foundation was founded to tackle inequalities faced by South Asian communities in Wales. Starting with grassroots football, it has grown into a multi-sector organisation championing sport, health, youth development, culture, education, and climate action across Wales.

  • Wales

Beneficiaries

  • Children / Young People

We support children and young people from South Asian and low-income backgrounds through inclusive sport, wellbeing, and skills programmes that build confidence, promote health, and provide safe, youth-led spaces to grow and thrive.

Our Vision for a better future

  • Our vision is a fairer, healthier, and more inclusive Wales where all communities, regardless of background, can thrive. We aim to break down barriers, uplift underrepresented voices, and create opportunities through sport, education, culture, and climate-conscious community action.
