Seeds of Hope is an inclusive support programme for neurodiverse children and young people, with a focus on South Asian families in South Wales. It offers tailored wellbeing activities, creative therapies, culturally sensitive support, and safe community spaces. The project empowers families, raises awareness, and promotes inclusion by addressing the unique challenges faced by neurodiverse children from marginalised backgrounds.
BDF Academy is a 12-week youth development programme in Newport that uses football to build confidence, leadership, and life skills among young people aged 13–19. Through weekly sessions, mentoring, and practical workshops, participants gain certificates in coaching, first aid, and volunteering. The project ends with a youth-led community festival celebrating their achievements and promoting positive change.
