Immersive Pathways helps people facing barriers to employment step into careers like healthcare and construction through immersive virtual reality (VR) work experience. We design and deliver bespoke VR workshops on behalf of employers, making real workplaces tangible for young people and adults in under-served communities. Working through Careers Hubs, schools, colleges and community partners, we reach participants quickly and at scale. Each session builds awareness of career options, the confidence to pursue them, and a clear route to local training and jobs - helping people progress towards sustainable employment while employers grow their social impact.
