We are managed by a leadership team and supported by trustees. Our Director oversees operations, with coordinators running workshops. Trustees guide strategy and ensure accountability. We follow clear policies, hold regular meetings, and prioritise safeguarding and transparency.
We are funded through a mix of donation , and in-kind support. This diverse funding allows us to deliver creative workshops, cover materials and venue costs, and sustain our community programs while maintaining financial stability and accountability.
