We run creative, hands-on workshops for young people aged 5–18, using art, crafts, and baking to build confidence, reduce social isolation, and spark imagination. Our goal is to create an inclusive space where young people can learn new skills, express themselves, and connect with their community through creativity.
create to Cope is a creative mental health project supporting young people aged 12–18 through art, journaling, and guided group expression. Designed for those facing anxiety, isolation, or low confidence, the program offers a safe, inclusive space to explore emotions and build resilience. By blending creativity with wellbeing tools, we aim to reduce mental health stigma and help participants develop healthy, lasting coping strategies.
Duffryn Creative Enterprise Lab is a 12-week skills programme for Duffryn residents aged 16–35, helping participants develop visual design, creative thinking, and micro-enterprise skills. Through hands-on workshops in collage, art journaling, and digital design, participants will build portfolios, learn how to turn creative ideas into sellable products, and explore pathways into employment or self-employment.
