Develop Green and Sustainable Skills Train 80 participants in environmentally friendly practices (e.g. recycling, upcycling, energy efficiency)
Launch small eco-friendly or tech-based enterprises within six months of completing the programme.
Ensure that at least 60% of programme participants come from underrepresented or disadvantaged groups, including women, unemployed adults, and young people.
Create a peer-mentoring network where trained participants become community ambassadors, delivering at least 10 follow-up workshops over the next year.
