The project is run by a steering group consisting of founding members from Ministry of Defence and its Equipment & Support department, Microsoft, Babcock and whatimpact.com. The steering group is the key decision maker until the project will have an more formal and registered entity.
All work and hackathons are delivered with the help of pro-bono work, companies and individuals giving skills, product and service donations. Going forward the project will have long term funding to ensure the data platform is constantly updated, developed further and offers the best insight.
