The organisation is led and managed by Jaime Woods, who oversees delivery, planning and participant safety. Work is delivered in line with professional standards, with a focus on safe, inclusive and effective sessions tailored to participant needs.
The organisation is primarily self-funded through delivery of exercise services. This grant will enable targeted community provision in Duffryn, supporting access for individuals who may not otherwise engage and helping to build future funding opportunities.
