Our groups help people struggling with mental health to find a useful outlet in a safe and understanding environment. Exploring local history and heritage can help improve mental wellbeing, with a focus on our LGBTQ+ and Migrant communities. We are keen to expand our groups and reach more diverse communities within Newport in need of support. Journaling practise will also form part of the groups as it helps to improve mental wellbeing. Our groups help people struggling with mental health to find a useful outlet in a safe and understanding environment. Art and creativity help improve mental wellbeing, and with the refurbishment of our premises, we are keen to expand out groups and reach more adults in need of support within our community. Our staff are specially trained and experienced to provide support directly to those with mental health struggles, and our groups are a lifeline to our service users.
