Spotlight is a mentoring programme for schools, designed to support pupils to explore their future pathways. It includes online mentoring, and an interactive one-off session to introduce pupils to the world of work.

VIEW PRODUCTWe are looking for corporate partners who can fund any of the following programmes: - Spotlight sponsorship (Schools programme) - Brightside Connect for 16-18 year olds - Core costs like development of our mentoring platform, marketing, or impact We work in geographical areas relevant to companies' preferences and provide employee volunteer mentoring opportunities. Spotlight programme has geographical focus in Yorkshire, The Solent, Devon and Cornwall and North West.
