Mindset Matters is a targeted mental health and wellbeing programme delivered in schools across Gloucestershire. It equips young people with the tools, confidence, and resilience to manage mental health challenges, build emotional wellbeing, and develop life skills for the future. Our Vision: We aim to expand Mindset Matters to more schools across Gloucestershire, reaching young people in areas where access to mental health support is limited.
Our Football Short Course is an intervention style programme for secondary school students identified by their schools as disengaged from learning or at risk of exclusion. It combines football based activity with structured personal development to build confidence, teamwork and aspiration. We aim to deliver this eight week programme to multiple secondary schools across Gloucestershire, providing 15 selected students per school with engaging sessions that combine football, personal development and life skills.
Our Girls Football Programme delivers weekly football sessions for girls aged 6–14 in Cheltenham. Sessions focus on fun, skill development, teamwork and confidence. We aim to expand to more areas across Gloucestershire to reach more girls, particularly those with limited access to sport. Programme Vision: We aim to offer this programme for free to girls who need it most, providing a safe and inclusive environment where they can develop football skills, confidence and social connections.
