Young people taking part in our enterprise programmes Company, Team and Start Up, produce and sell a wide range of products to the public. This is a key part of their business journey and they'll take responsibility for all aspects from design to manufacture and production, marketing and sales. We welcome judges and mystery shoppers at Trade Fairs, to interact with teams and help develop their skills. We welcome specialists with skills in e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, AI to provide workshops or talks for groups of young people taking part in our programmes,
