Orient Minds is a 12-month, physical activity-based mental health programme supporting up to 50 young people aged 12–17 over a year, experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The project provides free, inclusive physical activity sessions in a safe, supportive environment. A full-time Project Officer will oversee recruitment, delivery, monitor outcomes, and ensure each participant receives personalised support, including mentoring, and group workshops.
