Pride in the Port also hosts a programme of events in support of this and supports grassroots activity in the lead-up to hosting UK Pride 2026 - the first to be held in Wales.

Multisport is a project for adults with learning disabilities to join community-based sports activities. The project will provide 2 additional weekly sessions of sport increasing engagement, breaking down barriers, encouraging participation and fostering inclusion whilst improving health and wellbeing. The sessions will be a variety of gym based activities to improve mobility, cardio vascular activity, strength and build confidence including Low Impact Chair, Yoga, Cardio, Archery and Pilates.
